Home from Home Housing Association (HFH) is a BME women-led social landlord dedicated to preventing homelessness among women, children, and families across the UK.

Based in Newham, we provide safe, affordable, and supported housing for single mothers, young families, and individuals in urgent need. Our trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach ensures every resident is treated with dignity, respect, and understanding.

We offer both temporary and permanent homes, including specialist support for new mothers, while working closely with local authorities and housing partners.
